Sometimes, your issue with our Miva Klaviyo Connector is specific to your store. This is sometimes due to the dynamic nature of Miva's platform and troubleshooting requires our team to access your store.
To allow the smoothest experience providing us access, please follow the following instructions.
When adding an account for us, please use the email [email protected] with a password of your choosing.
Enabling 2FA and sending us the backup tokens along with the password will speed up some back and forths.
Please enable Administrator access so we can go through and enable development versions of the module while we diagnose your troubles.
Ensure the License for our user is set to Concurrent.
Finally, please add our user to Groups. At a minimum, we need User Interface and Order Processing & Fulfillment.
