This guide will walk you through the process of setting up your Cloudflare account and granting our team the necessary access to manage your services.

Step 1: Create a Cloudflare Account

  1. Visit Cloudflare's website
  2. Click on the "Sign Up" button in the top-right corner
  3. Enter your email address and choose a password
  4. Click "Create Account"
  5. Check your email for a verification message from Cloudflare
  6. Click the verification link to confirm your email address

Step 2: Add Payment Information

  1. Log in to your Cloudflare account
  2. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner
  3. Select "Billing" from the dropdown menu
  4. Click on "Payment" in the left menu and then "Manage" under Payment methods
  5. Click "Add Payment Method"
  6. Choose your preferred payment method:
    • Credit Card: Enter your card details
    • PayPal: Follow the prompts to connect your PayPal account
  7. Complete the payment information form
  8. Click "Save" to add your payment method

Step 3: Add Our Agency as an Administrator

  1. From your Cloudflare dashboard, select "Manage Account" in the left Sidebar
  2. From the dropdown, click on "Members"
  3. Click the "Invite" button
  4. Enter our agency email address the was provided to you by your account manager.
  5. For the scope, select "All domains" in the "Type" dropdown, or a specific domain if you prefer
  6. For the role, select "Super Administrator - All Privileges"
  7. Click "Continue to summary" and then "Invite"  to send the invitation

Step 4: Verify Completion

  1. Our team will receive the invitation and accept it
  2. Once accepted, we will have the necessary access to manage your Cloudflare services
  3. We will notify you once we have access and begin working on your account

Additional Notes

  • If you encounter any issues during this process, please contact your account manager
  • For security purposes, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication for your Cloudflare account
  • We will only use our administrative access to add relevant team members to your account who will be working on your project
